Stallas exam preparation program curriculum is designed and produced by an editorial and development team of more than 50 charterholders and subject matter experts who work under the supervision of our Director of CFA Curriculum, Frank Stalla, CFA, CPCU and a six-member editorial board of CFA charterholders.

Our Director of CFA Curriculum, Frank Stalla, represents the second generation of his family dedicated to preparing candidates for the rigors of the CFA® exam. His father, Robert Stalla, PhD, CFA, founded the original company, Stalla Seminars, and Frank now carries on the proud tradition within the greatly expanded scope and scale of Stalla today.
Frank brings to his leadership role excellent educational credentials and deep industry experience in both corporate finance and insurance. He served with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission and has held many other teaching and analytical roles involving credit analysis, alternative risk strategies, and financial analysis. In addition to being a CFA charterholder, Frank holds a BSBA with a major in finance from Miami University and an MBA with a concentration in banking and finance.
