Stalla is proud to introduce our new academic support platform, Stalla KnowledgeBase. To ensure the highest quality possible academic support possible, we have organized the KnowledgeBase system by topic area and staffed it with a team of CFA charterholders and exam experts, each of whom is a  specialist in the designated topic areas.

Unlimited access

If you are enrolled in a Stalla System course, you have unlimited access to these experts who will always respond to any question you have about the curriculum, typically within 48 hours or less. In addition to this highly personalized support, we constantly add to the KnowledgeBase content to give you immediate access to answers to the most frequently asked questions as well as other exam hints and tips to assist in your exam prep program.   

  • To access Stalla KnowledgeBase, click on http://stallakb.custhelp.com or visit the "Stalla Student Resources" section (the link appears on the top of the page).
  • The Search for Answers tab does not require you to log in to the system.
  • Both the Ask Stalla a Question*and My Cases tabs require that you log in.
  • To log in:
    • Your user ID will be the e-mail address you provided to customer service when you ordered the Stalla course materials.
