Self-study CD 

If you prefer a self-paced, totally portable program with no pre-set schedule, the Stalla self-study CD allows you maximum flexibility for your preparation and review program. This is a multi-media learning experience unlike any other on the market. Students are consistently impressed with how interactive and dynamic our self-study CD is.

With the self-study CD, you can prepare whenever and wherever you want, at the pace that’s right for you. With the accompanying Lecture Notes, you can review the interactive lectures to confirm or deepen your understanding of the subject matter any time you like. In these sessions, you will receive course content reviews and then practice solving the kinds of questions you may encounter on your upcoming exam. And you always have access to Stalla KnowledgeBase for unlimited academic support and guidance.

Minimum System Requirements

For the Self-Study CD course option, you will need a PC that meets the following minimum specifications to use the Becker applications:

  • Windows XP/Vista/7*
  • Pentium III 600 MHz processor or faster
  • 256 MB RAM or greater (512 MB highly recommended)
  • Hard drive with 300 MB or more free space (to copy optional PassMaster files you will need an additional 250 MB of space)
  • Video card capable of 1024 x 768 resolution and 16-bit color or more
  • A sound card and speakers
  • DVD drive
  • To print the Performance Summart Report, a Windows compatible printer is required
  • Administrative Level access is required to activate and properly install your program
  • You must have access to the internet at some point (not necessarily on the computer with the software) to activate the software

Note: these applications have been designed for the Microsoft® Windows operating system.  Running the application under any other operating system is NOT supported

* Support for Windows 98SE, Windows Millennium Edition (ME), and Windows 2000
Although Windows 98SE/ME operating systems are no longer supported by Microsoft, the Becker applications normally run successfully under these operating systems.  However, we will not be able to provide support for running the software under Windows 98, Windows ME or Windows 2000.
