Stalla Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Course-by-Course Cancellations and refunds
Stalla course materials may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within ten days from the date of receipt. Materials must be in resale condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and refunds are contingent on the return of all materials. (See “Materials return address” below.)
Self-Study Course
Fees are fully refundable if materials are returned unopened in original condition within ten days of receipt. Refunds will not be issued after ten days except in states that require a pro-rated refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Weekly Classroom Course
Fees are fully refundable for cancellations made before the second scheduled class. To qualify for a refund, the cancellation must be made in writing and materials returned in resale condition. Otherwise, registrants will be charged for materials. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For cancellations or refund requests made after the second class is held, no refund will be issued except in states that require a pro-rated refund. Please see "Special refund policy for designated states" and "Other state-specific information."
Online Course
Fees are fully refundable if materials are returned unopened within ten days of receipt or within ten days of the course start date, whichever comes last. After ten days, no refund will be issued except to residents of states that require a pro-rated refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Mock Exam and Review Seminar
Fees are fully refundable for cancellations made up to two days (48 hours) before the scheduled start date of this seminar. For cancellations or refund requests made less than two days (48 hours) prior to the start date, no refund will be issued, but registrants may choose an alternate seminar date at no extra charge. To qualify for a refund, all materials and supplies must be returned in resale condition. Otherwise, registrants will be charged for these items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Tri-Level Pay Upfront* Refunds
Self-Study Course:
Fees are fully refundable if materials are returned unopened in original condition within ten days of receipt of the first Level I course. After ten days no refund will be issued except in states that require a pro-rated refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Special refund policy for designated states
The following refund policy applies to residents of Alabama, Arkansas, District of Columbia, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Oklahoma, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.If cancellation occurs within 3 business days of registration, all monies paid by the student will be refunded even if classes have already started.
In these states, pro-rated refunds are calculated separately for each course level. The total hours scheduled and total hours cancelled are not combined for a composite average. Refunds are contingent on the return of all materials. Refunds will not be issued if notice of cancellation is received after a candidate has attended 60 percent of the lectures (75% in Arkansas and DC).

Refunds are issued within 30 days following receipt of the cancellation notice. If Stalla cancels a class or program, a full refund will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.
Louisiana: Residents are not required to submit written notification of withdrawal.
Oklahoma: Refunds are to be prorated as of last day of actual attendance withdraw, notification is not required.
Other state-specific information
Wisconsin Cancellation notice
*Fees are fully refundable if cancellation is requested up to midnight of the third business day after signing a registration form and making an initial payment (please refer to the “Customer’s Right to Cancel” form on www.stalla.com). This refund will be made within 10 days of the cancellation. In the case of a cancellation, any goods delivered to the registrant under the enrollment contract or sale must be returned to Stalla in substantially as good a condition as when received; or the registrant may choose to comply with the instructions of the seller regarding the return shipment of the goods at the seller’s expense.
Wisconsin Withdrawal notice
Stalla will honor any valid notice of withdrawal given after the cancellation period and before completing 60 percent of the level taken. After receiving from the candidate the “Customer’s Right to Cancel” form found on www.stalla.com, Stalla will refund any amount due less all applicable fees, and terminate the candidate’s obligation to pay.

Such action should be taken only after the candidate has first filed a written and signed complaint with the school and attempted unsuccessfully to resolve the matter with school officials.
